Stampede Excursions is operating its 2020 season as scheduled, and we are accepting bookings. We hope to bring you breathtaking Denali experiences; however, we understand COVID-19 has brought a great deal of uncertainty to many travelers.
As always, we operate with our guests in the forefront of our minds to ensure a safe and enjoyable Alaskan adventure. We take seriously the cleanliness of our vehicles and facilities. Our team is carefully monitoring the situation and following guidance from the World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the Alaska Department of Health and Social Services. This includes implementing additional measures to ensure our methods to clean & disinfect our locations & vehicles align with the guidance and recommendations of the health authorities.
For guests that have already booked their Denali experiences with us, we are implementing a flexible change policy until April 30, 2020 for all 2020 season bookings. Stampede Excursions will be waiving all change fees for guests needing to reschedule their tours and activities during this period. If you need to make other modifications to your booking due to the virus, please read our cancellation policy here. We ask that you inform us of any cancellations as soon as possible so that we can adjust accordingly.
If you are able to, we ask that you consider rescheduling the date of your experience instead of cancelling. During this difficult and uncertain time we are happy to work with you to find a date that works or offer tour vouchers that can be redeemed in the future.
